Exchanges & returns

At MY GOJJI we accept exchanges and returns:

According to Decree-Law n.º 24/2014, February 14, the customer has a maximum of 14 days to exchange or return your product after receiving it.

To do so, you must first contact us through our form on the contacts page or by e-mail orders@mygojji.com informing us of your order details (name, order number and invoice number), the reason for the exchange/return and the new item or size you wish to exchange. You will be informed by the same means of the availability of the new product as well as the instructions for the exchange/return.

The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its labels, hygienic protection, bag and box, and show no signs of use. If all these requirements are not met, the exchange/return may be refused.

We also inform you that the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs of the new product are borne by the customer.

 

IMPORTANT:

In case of return, only the value of the item is refunded. The value of shipping costs is not refunded.

CHRISTMAS: All orders placed from December 1 through December 31, inclusive, have a return/ exchange period until January 15.

All other conditions of our return/exchange policies remain the same.
