  • Can I buy different tops/bottoms? (Model/Size)

Our bikinis are always sold with both pieces of the same model and the same size.
If you want to customize an item and choose different sizes (top/bottom), please contact us through our form on the contacts page, through email orders@mygojji.com or via WhatsApp.

 

  • What size should I buy?

  • How can I wash my product?

All our products come with composition and washing labels.
 
Our washing instructions for swimwear are:
- Wash the pieces by hand and immediately after use (do not use a washing machine, tumble dryer or dry cleaning); 
- Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C;
- Ensure to always dry the bikini/piece without direct sun-light exposure, use the shade instead;
- Do not use aggressive detergents;
- Do not use bleach;
- Do not iron.

- Wash the pieces by hand or in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C (do not use a tumble dryer);
- Do not use aggressive detergents;
- Do not use bleach;
- Do not iron.
 
Our washing instructions for loungewear are:
- Wash the pieces by hand or in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C (do not use a tumble dryer);
- Do not use aggressive detergents;
- Do not use bleach;
- Iron the pieces at a maximum temperature of 110ºC. 
 
  • What advice should I follow so that my product is not damaged?

Extra care is essential to ensure the quality and durability of our products, so MY GOJJI recommends it:
- After each use, wash the piece by hand under cold running water to remove all salt and chlorine residues;
- Use neutral soap;
- Do not soak the piece or store it wet;
- Ensure to always dry the bikini/piece without direct sun-light exposure, use the shade instead;
- Be careful when using the piece on rough or rough surfaces;
- Be careful when using the piece in swimming pools with a high percentage of chlorine, as these may change the color and resistance of your piece;
- Avoid contact with sunscreens, suntan lotions and other chemical products that may damage the piece, especially with white pieces;
 - Pay special attention to washing pieces with different colors. We advise washing them separately.

  • To which countries do you ship for?

MY GOJJI ships worldwide.

 

  • What is the shipping cost?

- Portugal Mainland and Islands: free on orders over 70€. If this value is lower, the shipping costs are 4.60€;
- Europe: 5€;
- United States: 9,80€;
- Rest of the World: 7,50€.
NOTE: MY GOJJI is not responsible for delays and customs costs for shipments outside the European Union.

 

  • How long does it take to deliver my order?

Our delivery time for Portugal Mainland and Islands is 1 to 5 working days (depending on stock).
For European countries the delivery time can vary from 5 to 7 working days (depending on stock).
Outside Europe the delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.
However, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen events concerning the carrier (in case it happens, it will be reported).
In case of personalized items, delivery time may be longer.

 

  • How do I check that my order has been completed correctly?

Once your order is complete, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you do not receive it, please contact us at orders@mygojji.com or via WhatsApp.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. To do this you must contact us through our e-mail orders@mygojji.com, with the subject "I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER" within a maximum of thirty minutes.
In the e-mail you must indicate the order data, such as name and order number.

 

  • What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

MY GOJJI seeks to sell quality items and in perfect condition.
All our items go through a strict quality control before distribution, so if, exceptionally, you receive a defective or incorrect item you should contact us through our e-mail orders@mygojji.com.
In the e-mail you must indicate the order data such as name, order number and invoice number.
 We also ask you to send a proof photo so we can make a first evaluation of it.

 

  • What form of payment can I use?

In MY GOJJI's online store you can choose the following payment methods:
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • ATM Reference
  • Mbway
  • Paypal
NOTE: If you choose to pay by ATM, you only have 48 hours to make the payment. If you do not make it within this period, your order will be canceled and the items will be back in stock.
