The terms and conditions indicated below will apply to all purchases made through the MY GOJJI online store.

Any questions, complaints or correspondence about MY GOJJI or these conditions, should be directed to the contact information indicated on our contact page.




     You can only buy products:

  • Which are available for sale and whose details appear on our website;
  • Intended for personal use, whether yours or that of the recipients for whom you purchase the products;
  • MY GOJJI reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.

     The details of the products available for purchase are all specified on our website.

     MY GOJJI will ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products available on our website are correct



     MY GOJJI seeks to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the highest standards of quality and expectation. However, for your safety we recommend:

  •  Check that the outer packaging shows no signs of handling;
  •  Open the packaging in the indicated area and keep it in good condition for 5 days;
  •  Check that the product has no visible manufacturing defects;
  •  Check the receipt and if the product delivered is in accordance with what was ordered and if there are no logistic mistakes. If so, you must refuse to receive it, otherwise your complaint will not be accepted.

MY GOJJI accepts returns within a maximum term of 14 days counting from the date the package is received by the costumer.

NOTE: In case of returns, MY GOJJI recommend that you read the exchange policy from the chapter referent to product exchanges.



     Orders placed on the online store can be exchanged under the following conditions:

 – Within a maximum of 5 days after delivery;

 – After receiving an email from the customer stating the reason for the exchange and indicating the item or size you want to exchange for;

 – Returned product must be in perfect condition, with the respective labels, hygienic protections, bag and purchasing invoice; meaning that it should not show any signs of usage.


     Exchanges of products that meet the following conditions will not be accepted:

 – Misuse (damaged);

 – Incorrect washing of the product;

     ATTENTION: the costs of shipping the return and the cost of shipping the new product are borne by the customer.

Product exchanges, in MY GOJJI, are not allowed for products of inferior value, meaning that the costumer will have to exchange it for a product of same or higher value.



     Prices and product specifications available on our website are subject to changes without notice.





     For your order to be accepted and validated, payment must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours. If payment isn’t received by MY GOJJI within that period, the order won’t be validated. Any amount received after the designated period will be returned in the form of a bank transfer.

     ATTENTION: In case you choose to pay by bank transfer, it is necessary to send the respective proof of payment to our email orders@mygojji.com. Only after confirmation of the same, the order will be sent to you.
